DV Infrastructure Advisory Group LLC provides independent information and communications technology (ICT) consulting and planning, low-voltage and technology systems design support and standards, project leadership and coordination, telecom and carrier coordination, owner's representation, and smart-building & IoT advisory services.
DVIAG provides consulting, planning, design support, and coordination services. We do not sell products, perform installation, or provide licensed architectural, engineering, or electrical services. Installation, construction, and monitoring services are separately contracted through qualified, licensed providers.
SMS Messaging Terms
When you opt in, DVIAG may send text messages related to your inquiries, consultation requests, scheduled appointments, active projects, account notifications, and service updates. Promotional and marketing messages will only be sent when you separately consent to receive them.
Consent
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Consent for marketing messages is collected separately from consent for service and transactional messages. You may provide one without the other, and you may withdraw either at any time. We record the consent you provide together with the wording that was displayed to you and the date and time it was given.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies. Frequency depends on your interactions with us, your scheduled appointments, and the projects you have engaged us on. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your mobile plan. DVIAG does not charge for text messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages from that program. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from that program unless you opt in again. You may also opt out by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and to network availability. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Consulting, planning, design support, coordination, and owner's representation services are provided under separate written agreements defining scope, deliverables, fees, and professional responsibility. Design documentation is prepared for the specific project identified in that agreement and may not be reused on other projects without our written consent.
Installation and monitoring
DVIAG does not perform installation or construction work and does not operate monitoring platforms. Where a project includes installation, construction, or ongoing monitoring services, those services are separately contracted with qualified, licensed providers under those providers' own agreements, which govern their performance. DVIAG's role is limited to the consulting, planning, design support, and coordination services defined in our written engagement agreement.

The content, design, logos, and marks on this website are the property of DV Infrastructure Advisory Group LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
