What does DV Infrastructure Advisory Group do?
DVIAG is a vendor-neutral infrastructure advisory firm. We provide infrastructure advisory, Division 27/28 technology design support and standards, project leadership and coordination, owner's representation, wireless planning, and smart-building & IoT advisory — working alongside your design and construction team from first concept through long-term operations.
Do you sell products or install systems?
No. DVIAG does not sell products — DVIAG delivers outcomes. We have no product agenda and take no installation margin, so our recommendations are driven entirely by what your project needs. We coordinate the interfaces; qualified partners perform the installation.
When should we bring you into a project?
Ideally during schematic design, before architectural and electrical drawings are finalized — that's when pathways, technology rooms, and budgets are cheapest to get right. That said, we regularly join projects mid-stream to close gaps and recover schedules.
How does smart-building & IoT advisory work?
We define the strategy and requirements for connected-building initiatives — use cases like water-leak detection, environmental conditions, and access events — then build the budget, support the procurement, and coordinate the qualified providers who install and operate the systems. DVIAG does not install sensors or operate a monitoring platform; we make sure the system you contract for is the system your building actually needs.
Where do you work?
DVIAG stays close to Arizona clients while coordinating specialized expertise and scalable partner support as each project requires — a curated network of engineers, designers, RCDDs, wireless specialists, and contractors selected for expertise and performance.
