Strategy Before Hardware

Strategy, requirements, and procurement support for connected buildings — before anyone buys hardware.

We prepare organizations for connected infrastructure: IoT strategy, smart-building readiness, and the requirements that make systems work together. For monitoring initiatives — water-leak detection, environmental conditions, access events — we define the use cases, build the budget, support the procurement, and coordinate the qualified providers who install and operate the systems. DVIAG does not install sensors or operate a monitoring platform; installation and monitoring are separately contracted through qualified providers, while we keep requirements, interfaces, and accountability aligned.

Installation, construction, and monitoring services are separately contracted through qualified, licensed providers.
